So i was putting on a new skin on my dhol and one of nuts on one of my hook is stuck, it wont move, and when i try moving it with the skin on, the fucking hook will flip off the skin, can someone help tell me how i can fix this? :'(
Try using some WD-40 to loosen the nut? That may help.
My nut sometimes get stuck on my hook too and I just use a decent-weight wrench to hit it out of place.
use Freeze and release it is the only spray that will work safely, sprays like wd-40 wont do much but if u freeze the bolt with the spray it wil shring the threads on the inside and instantly pop it off and it wont damage the nut bolt or dhol
where do I get 1/4" - 26 thread per inch(British Standard Fine)? mines look like quarter inch screw about an inch and length and the threading is not metric and not in inches either, best guess is a fine quarter inch threading, and by the way: I'm in India
