Been debating putting this up for a bit because i wasn't sure if everyone can appreciate it here, but those of you with depth and emotion will fight back tears. i did, and felt i had to share.




It is a story from ESPN about a 6 year old boy named Josiah Vierra, who suffers from a disease called "Progeria". An inspirational and humbling story.

just finished watching this and i can't explain how much this story touched me. this kid is a real hero in my eyes and brought me to more tears than i could ever imagine. i cant believe his life is going to be cut so short, i wish i could have been at his last game. thanks for this kush, really beautiful man.

Such a touching story. It's both heartwarming and heartbreaking at the same time. His dream to play came true. But imagine the air that gets knocked out of you when a 6 year old asks you what heaven is like. This kid is most definitely an inspiration.

This is so sweet! ive seen this vid before and the first time i saw it, it brought me to tears. such a sad story im actually working on a research project on progeria for school. its so sad how these children's lives are so short and painful yet they always have smiles on their faces. people can learn from these kids to complain a little bit less about their own problems after seeing these young children go through something so hard.

i watched this last week with my little cousin and when they ask him whats heaven and he says 'jesus' it made us both burst into tears. life is cruel as hell but that boy is a champion and i can only hope to have 1 percent of the resolve he has.
