The problem you have right now is the song that you have either has gotten lossy (happens from making too many copies of it, like a copy of a copy of a copy from a diff program) or the song that u downloaded/(highly doubt bought) is of bad quality. there are programs that attempt to remove that, I myself use Adobe Audition

I currently also use Audition. It's simply a mixing tool like Acid..etc. There are OTHER programs as well that can remove it. What program are you crrently using?

If I were you, I would just get another version of the song but a better quality one. Its better then downloading a program that gets rid of the sound.

A clarification. Adobe Audition is a mixing software. It has the ability to attempt to clean up bad quality sounds. The reason which program you are using is because that function may already exist in your program. The program Adobe Audition does not JUST get rid of the sounds, it's primary use is mixing so it's UBER redundant to download it, crack it and use it get rid of your sound and then delete it when your current program may already do that. (It may not, at which case it might be better to switch to Adobe Audition all together).

I hope that makes it clearer.

I use Acid Pro 6.0 right now, and so far, I had no problems. I was thinking (after everything you guys said) to get Adobe Audition, but I want to be able to understand its functions and capabilities first, before I download it. Other then its ability to get rid of unnecessary sound (the clicking and popping), what else can it do Is it easy to use, does it have effects, is it better then what I have now, and anything else that you think is important for me to know?

Yeh I dun really buy my mixing software. I don't use Adobe Audition to mix, I use Acoustica Audio Mixer which is a very basic program. I use Audition to clear up any messes in my audio or tweak the sound a bit. As for effects and all, I never really got to fooling around with Auditions full potential because I was already to used to the simplicity of Acoustica. I've tried Acid and Sound Forge so chances were I wouldn't like spending the time to learn Audition either. Although I'd like to clarify kinnel that any software can only attempt to enhance your sound, and not fully gurantee you studio quality, but I realize you meant there are better software available that specialize in that particular part of audio editing. I'm pretty sure Acid should have that built in feature, try searching the indexes for tips on popping or clicking.
