Monkeys working in restaurants in Japan wtf

i have mixed feelings bout this, at first i thought it was funny but then i wondered for the monkeys, and how they are allowed to live their lives.

Yeah idk I've heard mixed things about entertainment monkeys. At first I thought that's so bad, poor things. But then my mom said some of these monkeys are treated reeeeallly well. Depends on the owners. I think this is super cool, ahaha, I would totally go to this restaurant if I knew the monkeys were treated well. Looks really cool. BUt yeah I'm hoping they're fed and cared for really well. And maybe they only work a few hours a day. It would make sense for the owners to treat 'em well, 'cuz happy and healthy monkeys will do good work.

I'd like to know if anyone knows??
