That's fine if that's your opinion, but if you can't even defend your own opinion, it might be time to reconsider. You've been smacked around on almost every statement you've made, and when someone counterargues you make some joke about taking it in the ass instead of responding.Vick said:I don't know what else to say... I don't consider Golf a sport and I don't consider golfers athletes... That's my opinion, you are entitled to your own...
So wait, you're basically saying, "I have no idea what I'm talking about, but I still have really strong opinions about it." Word to the wise: Don't admit that you don't know what you're talking about, and then continue to argue as if you do.Vick said:I'm not sure what kind of training golfers undergo(other than Woods), but it doesn't compare to any other "real sport"...

Save it buddy... You continue playing your girly game in which women can sometimes join the men, while the rest of us do a little something more productive with our lives... I'm not going to sit here all day and try to point out why Golf is a game for the retired folks and most other sports cut people out at like 35-40... Don't get me wrong, golf is fun to play, but I'm sorry, Michele Wii and Annika Sorenstam are not athletes...Hans said:Wow, this thread got derailed real fast. All because Sulmoney admitted to washing Meistro's body with a loofa.

I can't tell if you're trying to sound like an idiot, or if you really are an idiot. I've got my fingers crossed for the former, for your own good. Vick, are you an athlete?Vick said:Save it buddy... Finally someone who understands what I'm trying to point out... This was exactly the point I was trying to get across(minus the golf is a sport)... I'm not an athlete, if you read my statements earlier, I stated that cleary...Turbo said:i think what vick is trying to say is that you do not need to be physically fit in order to play golf at the highest level
phil mickleson....and the guy that challenged woods this yr when woods was playing hurt..forgot his name...
also...john daly...........
these are some examples of guys who do not appear to be physically fit. But they can play golf at its highest level. In that sense, i agree with vick. You do not need to be physically fit in order to compete at golf at the highest level. You can't bring Woods into this conversation because he's in a world of his own. Woods is a beast. You have to take the average, basically the guys not named Woods. Some of them are physically fit. Some are athletes. Some are not fit however. But even the ones that are out of shape can swing a golf club with the best of them.
I can accept that golf is a sport but it is not physically demanding like other sports such as baseball, basketball, football...
Most bhangra dancers these days are in better shape than some golfers we see on tv.
