Suns finally dealt the Spurs in a superb fashion. The Spurs should be really ashamed of themselves with the Cheap Shot they pulled on Nash. I really think that the Suns can pull off the dramatic series against the Lakers. Looking forward to it.

its hard enough finding parking down there man, if there is a laker game too i am gonna have to walk a mile.

i think the series depends on how the first two games go. if we win both i see it over in 5. if we split its gonna take 6 or 7 for sure. suns are better than i gave them credit for but lack of size upfront is gonna do them in.

cavs can still come back and win this thing but its unlikely at this point. boston will get alot of calls at home and the crowd there is vicious.

this is where robin lopez coming back is VITAL ... his presence and defensive energy is really necessary in the key to stop easy buckets by gasol and bynum. as for the suns having a problem scoring because of the size issue, my answer to that is simply Channing Frye. with Frye on the court he will stretch the defense and make either gasol or bynum have to come out and guard him at the 3 point line leaving Stoudemire to deal with only one big man. Stoudemire isnt ur avg power forward, he cant easily take 1 big guy with his quickness and aggressiveness towards the basket ... the lakers can't afford to double team in the paint or you will dearly pay for it against us ... our three point barrage will murder you. even with all that said, the biggest factor i still believe that will dictate whether the suns are a challenge or not is their ability to maintain their sort of game pace. they succumbed to portland's slower pace a few times and lost those games but didn't let down in the spurs series and won with convincing fashion. i know how most laker fans are, thinking you owned us during the regular season and that this is gonna be easy, but i really hope you guys dont sleep on this Suns team ... when they are feeling it, they are as good as anyone. steve nash has to come out as their leader and step up everyones game. GO SUNS.

suns lost in the past because the spurs had an elite defense and played a deliberate half court basketball and didnt let the suns get on too many breaks. this laker team is the same way, elite defense and deliberate half court. i am not sold on lopez being anything more than 6 extra fouls and some decent minutes.

the first 3 games the teams played this year were in early but the last game they played is indicative of how it will probably go. lakers are great at defending the 3 this year, they were first or second i forget. a hot jump shooter might help you steal a game or two but in the end the teams that rebound more, have more points in the paint and shoot more free throws end up on top.

phoenix doesnt have a shut down perimeter defender anymore, bell is gone. i know people like to think grant hill has turned into a defensive stopper but kobe is going to end up posting him up and abusing him. stout will get his points but he still cant defend odom/pau/bynum and ron without getting into foul trouble. i dont think it will be an easy series like utah was but if the lakers stick to the script and go inside and often its just gonna be too much over the 6-7 games.

Channing Fry is good, BUT, we have a guy who can guard him on the perimeter, who CAN size up with him...LAMAR ODOM. So maybe one game or two he gets a hot night, but NO WAY is he gettin hot during the whole series.
