Note on Self-Pumping: Now that I know what that is (I think, so basically everyone is supposed to put lot of extra, unnatural levels of effort into modesty) I just wanna apologize b/c I really think at times I sound like I am "self-pumping" but I don't realize it at all. It's just jokes or you would have to know Parul, Roop, and myself in person to understand. It's part of our sense of humor I guess, I can't explain, but apparently it doesn't fit in here.

For example if you haven't noticed I LOVEEE Bhangra Empire, right, and I put lots of enthusiasm into saying so. So if I give 300x extra enthusiasm into talking about other teams, I'm gonna put at least 3x extra enthusiasm into talking about myself/my own team, it just happens. I'll be more careful, but I really don't want personal judgments upon myself or as a reflection of the team ASD.

Specific Correction: One thing popped out in my mind, earlier tonight on Vent we're talking about teams and someone asks a few questions about ASD, so Parul is like "why dont you show them a video" and I go "who wants to see a video?" then the topic changed and I continued, "oh well guess no one wants to see a video of ASD". BIG MISTAKE - That was an inside joke, but it probably sounded really stupid. Basically I was thinking of this recent video we have that's really funny cuz some funny things happen on stage plus the costumes are totally random. So it was a laugh, me thinking like wow if anyone saw this video they would get a laugh and not be so serious about us. But anyone would have totally mis-read it

I hope this clears up a few things. I personally am leaving BTF for awhile but I hope this fixes any misjudgments.
