Hey all,

It's your ghetto superstar back with another video. Time time I put dialects to rest and spoke about something I'm very passionate about (for real!). I hope you can look past my ghetto hand movements and take to heart the message I'm trying to deliver :) .

Superwoman- Attention all Youth

Disclaimer: Although I have a feeling this will turn into a relgious/cultural debate..my intentions are not to do so. I'm just trying to send a positive message to our youth...also by no means am I claiming I am the Almighty of Sikhi or anything...anyways...enjoy

and if you got a second...hit subscribe ;)

Happy Living!

You, miss, are extremely ghetto haha.

I like it though- you make a good point. And i had this beat in my head that made me enjoy the rap even more haha. Well spoken :)

I dont understand this incessant claim (from this and the last thread, and from Lilly herself) that Lilly is "ghetto"? Why? Because she does spoken word? I didn't pick it up from the last video either...
And its funny that you (GSP) would write I like it "though" as if having a certain kind of posture or way of speaking (here, ghetto) somehow delegitimizes her from the get go? Maybe I'm getting too old to be relevant, but I'm only 22 ;)

Agree 100%.

Using ghetto as an adjective is simply a sign of ignorance and really tells me you are the type of person who likes to throw "gangsta parties" where you propagate every stereotype possible about black people and live in this insulated world of privilege and white supremacy.

Haha apologies I was just agreeing with her and sorry for making it seem that way- wrong use of words. I meant to say "I like it"

That is actually very flattering =) ... In fact I don't consider myself ghetto either haha (believe it or not). I mean I did grow up in Scarborough which can be considered pretty ghetto but when I rap/or just perform spoken word...Its really not me trying to be something I'm not or purposely acting a certain way. That is just how I get when I am passionate...The ghetto mention I made was so people would look past what they may instantly label as ghetto and actually take a second to listen. I'm truly touched that some are getting my message...

Thanks for your support guys...love me, hate me...it's all the same. just do some sewa! =D

I think your lyrics are well written, but theyre probably not following a proper meter, which is why occasionally you find yourself either sucking for breath or your flow falls off. The lyrics are important, but so is the delivery...so my suggestion on getting your message across clearer and in a way that is rhymefully so....try to work on the meter...aka the amount of syllables you use, where the periods and commas should go. And of course, its always better if you can memorize instead of reading, cuz that takes half the delivery out of it.

But great work on the words...

Truth is truth, To the end of reckoning. - Measure for Measure, Act V, Scene I

I prefer Team Edward though.
