Rangla Punjab Bhangra Competition Results!

Why do teams go to such Phud comps even after people warn them... I think its stupidity for teams to even apply. Bhangra Circuit should learn to listen and boycott such bullshit comps so that we don't have these problems in the future...

Because for a decent amount of teams, this is easier said than done. It's the choice between dancing and not dancing, and most people would choose dancing,,, even if it is at a crappy competition.

You know anil prasad was on to something with giving the smaller teams and newer teams a chance as well. If only bigger competitions like bruin, bbc, bayside, elite etc. could somehow make this happen... This circuit would run so much better ...

To be honest, it really comes down to the video you submit. Last year Bruin's lineup included newer teams b/c they sent stellar videos (i.e. Bar-B and FCB). Also, there are plenty of smaller competitions that are still well run and proper!

Im new to the bhangra community and this just wasn't the greatest way to start my bhangra competition experiences. I was looking forward to an amazing weekend but everything went downhill when we got to seattle. Harman and Swi said everything that happened but I hope the next competition I go to is much better.

Warrior was quite probably one of the most enjoyable experiences I have ever had with friends. The board tried super hard, and its the approach that bears noticing: Warrior committee went above and beyond others...rather than shying from expectations they tried to exceed them. All comps, especially new ones, should try to emulate that.

19. Any debate, harassment, or confrontation between opposing teams will result in immediate disqualification, ejection from premises, and forfeiture of the entry fee.

21. No team member, participant, or assistant is allowed to interfere or debate with the panel of judges regarding their scorecard. Violation of this rule will result in immediate disqualification.
