I think it could be real.

While you're in hot pursuit, not knowing what the passenger is exactly up to, you need to make sure you're exactly behind the car. Imagine, if the dude had taken a turn and the cop car thought he wasn't. In the end, I think the retarded-looking turning paid off coz all 3 cop cars were still behind the car.

And cops call in reinforcements for the smallest of things. A cop car once saw me jumping a fence and thought I was going to run when he apprehended me, so he called in two other cop cars just in good measure. Stupid Cleveland cops.

Well, apparently, some car in a nearby parking lot had been broken into a 10 minutes earlier and clothes description matched me exactly. Unfortunately, when the cop was given the description of the perpetrator by the parking lot manager, he failed to listen to the most obvious physical traits - 6 foot tall, white and red-hair.

I'm 5'3'', brown and black-haired. None the less, I was taken down to the cop station to be identified (which never happened). The cop asked me why I climbed/jumped the 10ft fence. "I thought I could... and I did." I don't understand how they didn't realize I wasn't sober.

I'm pretty sure this vid is legit....Like someone said, theres no way of telling where this guy was gonna go, so they have to follow him, and they end up keeping their tail on him really well...if one cop stopped or tried to figure out what this guy was gonna do, the cop cars may have end up hitting each other...there was no way that the cops could predict that he was gonna go in circles...Also, keep in mind the view that we have from a helicopter makes it seem slow but...things were happening much faster then the perspective lets on.
