i think it's kinda sad how women are going crazy/obsessing about this royal wedding crap, just goes to show that no matter how old they get they never grow out of that "i wanna be a princess" phase.
Speaking of which, anyone care to share some of the facebook statuses they have seen over the last few hours after this whole wedding thing?

Big deal two goreh got married? Whats in that to tell your kids about? And honestly, how in any way are they above us, I don't see why people look at others and see them as someone superior to themselves.
I don't really care about "it's part of history" and blah blh blah. It's not that we think that they're "above us." A wedding is a wedding, and the royal family has money. We want to see (with all that money they have) what the church looks like, what she's wearing, what he's wearing, the inside of the church there, etc etc. We're curious! Also regardless of religion, wedding processions are wonderful to watch. If you're awake at 4AM, why not?

Didn't catch the wedding, but I'm happy for the couple! Don't really care for all the glamour, so I'm glad they kept it fairly simple.

I got to see the royal kiss though!! Too bad Prince William didn't tilt his head slightly to the left, otherwise we would have a picture perfect moment like in The Little Mermaid!! ;D

I kept hearing that it was 4AM so I assumed that was the time lol. I'm thinking to myself "As much as I want to see it, I wake up at 4AM for absolutely no one."

This is why we have youtube...

Pshh. When someone asks you, "Where were you when the Royal Wedding occurred?" You're going to say sleeping. I can say I was sleeping with one eye open ;)

Not to mention that the same royal family youre giving so much attention to is the same royal family that refused to issue an apology for the events that took place at jalian wala baag
so true! George V, i.e. the present Queen's grandfather was ruling at the time! Damn i just realised, i've lived in London my whole life and never been to Caxton Hall, where Udham Singh shot Dwyer! Bad, bad times :/ have to go there now!
And i really don't get the hype around the wedding. Yeah they're the future monarchs and all but who cares? The wedding was just like watching the early morning Church prayer programmes that come on Sundays, it was boring the hell out of me! It wasn't anything special and i really couldn't care less what dress the woman was wearing or william's suit lolll! Personally, i'd rather go to a random guy's Punjabi wedding anyday!!

Man, I am not gonna lie but the outfit for the Prince looked like the outfits of Band/Waaja Crew in Punjab.
