great point... they have CRAZY UNIFORMITY among their dancers in their styles, the size of the moves, etc...there is no doubt that it is a product of hard work in making sure everyone does the moves exactly the same...a point that is often overlooked by other teams because it is something that takes quite a bit of time to perfect.Ankush said:its amazing how everyone dances so much alike each other on this team
The dancers SGPD brings to the stage are members of SGPD. We strongly emphasize the word LOYALTY and FAMILY on our team. With those 2 words no members of sgpd take criticism the wrong way. What you see in this video are 4 of the newest members of SGPD, and 8 older members. To answer your question Jeeti, we do not "borrow" dancers bro. When a new member joins, we make sure their intentions are long term because we put time into welcoming and making sure they adapt to our style of bhangra easily.Jeeti said:great point... they have CRAZY UNIFORMITY among their dancers in their styles, the size of the moves, etc...there is no doubt that it is a product of hard work in making sure everyone does the moves exactly the same...a point that is often overlooked by other teams because it is something that takes quite a bit of time to perfect.Ankush said:its amazing how everyone dances so much alike each other on this team
Vic..a question for you bro...are the dancers that you generally bring to the stage from different teams with different styles...or have most of these guys stuck together and danced together for awhile? I ask because alotta times when you have guys from different teams coming together, you can see the style differences right away and it is something that is difficult to fix. I know alotta the guys at least the ones I've met have been dancing together for a few years (since burgh) but where were they on different squads before this?
Also, see you in dc.
I know you don't borrow, but have any of these dancers danced on other teams before joining your squad...were there styles different, did you have to change them, etc...Vic said:The dancers SGPD brings to the stage are members of SGPD.
