as hot and synchronized as this performance was, it was the first time i felt like i saw sgpd use alot of stuff they did from past performances in it...same dhamaal, bhadaam rangiye, from elite 8, same saaps, part of jhummar, guddi wangu from jawani, same ending song as bulldog i think in 08?

either way, i really enjoyed watching the performance, and still think it deserved 2nd place. dancers have mad energy i love it :)

and wahts the kabootar vargi song? sounds hotttt.

Did SGPD absorb NYPD? Not a bad set, but a lot of the segments are the same as Nachdey Gabru from Jawani, so I think that may have gone against them.
No they are two seperate teams.. other than Davin dancing this set, the rest of the dancers I believe are under SGPD.

Great set should have definately placed.. shout out to Jessie, ASG, Amandeep, and Davin! Good dancing boys. A victory spliff is in the making, except for Davin.. because hes P. hahaha

Nice job with this routine, but it was def not what i expected from SGPD. A few things I loved were the kick in the sapp segment at 0:32, the phumniya segment and the ending.. LOVED it. I feel like there was a lil too much going on, you guys were moving around too much in your formations. And the dancers didn't give me that WOW factor I get whenever I watch any of your past performance.

the set was good and very creative but it wasnt what i would expect from this team...too much going during some parts - and usually all the dancers on this team are on point (and yeah its' understandable because 8 dancers were doing the live cat) but for me it was a bit sloppy and wasnt executed as a team. Red jori was hella slacking jhummar at about 5:00mins on the right side - you guys have raised the bar for youself at every comp again and again but this time i wasnt feelin it.

LOL didn't know that.. but I'd have to disagree.. P level is immune to team affiliations. Especially when it's that high

haha Davins gonna be bent reading this

"We liked you better last year."

What the hell does that even mean? Why is last year's performance relevant? Was there something on the rubric that asked the judges to compare this year to last year? When AEG placed at Masti, we asked them some questions, we were told "you should just be happy you placed." What a joke. These judges are rude and biased. Teams work their butts off to put on a good routine, and we have close-minded judges giving us these nonsensical one-liners.

I've seen the other music/co-ed routines, SGPD should've easily placed. However, moving forward, just knowing those guys, they're just going to come back stronger.

I'm in love.. This set has been on repeat all day. Should have placed but no point in getting mad over that now, its all said and done. You guys are on another level.
Song at 5:40 anyone? Please and thank you

by far the sloppiest SGPD performance i have seen, the team was spread too thin b/w being in the live and music...the new guys that they took on did not match and were sticking out big time...i can see why this did not place...

No. im pretty sure faizan is stating his observation - that this sgpd's sloppiest executed set (which i completely agree with)..not comparing in a placeworthy sense..lol and idk how u can say "sloppy or not shouldve placed" being coordinated and NOT sloppy is definitely a trademark of a team that will place...the set just had way too much going on; too much movement, too much intricate choreo that wasnt uniform enough (compare to elite 8 for example where even 16 dancers seemed to be on par with each other throughout the performance)

I agree, but despite the fact that SGPD wasn't the SGPD we are used to, I think they should've still placed. I wasn't at Masti, so I didn't see the teams live (which always has a different impact on you) but from just watching the videos, SGPD easily makes the top 3.
