So I added it to see whose been checking me out.... very interesting names on that list... but then I dug deeper to see how it lists names and what it uses to gather the data... its heavily weighted on actual correspondence between you and the person(things like wall posts/pokes/etc)... It also takes into consideration page views, but its not weighted as much...

Stalkercheck works by analzying your facebook OpenStream info. This is essentially anything that ends up in a news feed. So wall posts, likes, comments etc as well as inbox stuff. It uses the previous 200 'friend interactions' which roughly translates to the past 3-4 weeks depending on how many people have interacted with you.
So it's essentially bullshit (i checked the fb privacy policy again, and it clearly states no applications may track or attempt to track movement across the site like page views). But it does give you a nice list of the people who have liked or commented frequently on your posts/links. So it does have some use
