Thanking Gabroo TV and Harjot Hundal

This is a short little message to Mr. Harjot hundal and the people involved in Gabroo Tv. I still remember the first bhangra team performance I saw on youtube. It was "Lethal Bhangra Crew (LBC) @ Bruin Bhangra 2007". After seeing that video, I was hooked and my connection with bhangra as an art form and hobby began. Ever since then, my interest in bhangra has grown and I've become more involved in my culture, and I feel proud to be a punjabi.


This would not have happened without GTV and I just want to say that GTV brings the best in quality and entertainment, delivering content from various bhangra competitions. Thank you GTV for giving us, the viewers and the bhangra community, bhangra content which not only gets better in quality over time, but also helps connect the youth in North America and around the world to their punjabi roots.


Seeing your most recent video, with Joshiley Jawan performing at Elite 8 2012 where you gave us backstage footage and HD content, only makes me more excited for the future of GTV and the bhangra community.

Yea I still remember back in high school I used to watch all the videos on gabroo.tv, really liked the fact how harjot covered the mixer, interviews, etc. gives you the true felling of being at the show if you were unable to attend it. That just motivated me. Being on GTV was actually on my DO LIST, it was a happy moment in my life to be on gabroo tv lolz.

Thanks once again Harjot and Gabroo Punjabis for making those videos, which you can start making them again with the interviews, and all the other shenanigans

I agree with him, GTV has inspired many young people to learn bhangra, dhol. Most of the bhangra vids I watch are on harjot hundal`s channel, and in a way has made bhangra more available and easier to find on the web, when im bored im always watching the apna virsa bhangra group rehearsal, heeray punjab de, gabroo punjabis..pretty much all the live performances he has, props to harjot and GTV, and as a new user to this forum you made a really good post as your first one HarmohitC.

I agree so many of us started doing Bhangra because of Harjots videos!! Still remember when I started watching Bruin 2007 and all the videos prior to that...

I agree!! I remember when our first video was on the site and we were so excited to finally be on GTV. Harjot has captured our passion for Bhangra and how we felt on that stage forever, something to show my kids. Thanks!!!!
