Up and Coming Team from 07/08

So we have talked about who we thought were the best teams of the past year, I was wondering who do you see as a team that could breakthrough this coming season? Like a team that has made good progress this past year and looks to be good this up coming season?

Look out for Panj Boys team. I danced for these guys in the past season. Very determined, hard working, developing, young team. Im expecting big things from these guys in the upcoming season. Heeray is going be a force feeding off their giant (no pun intended) 2008 performance.

But seriously, I think HPD, AEG and SGPD will continue to be powerhouses and have/continue to have a lot of potential this up-coming season. It's hard to tell the same for college teams unless you know whether their choreographers are still there or are graduating. Is VCU still up for kicking some butt this next season?

no lie, nc state wolfpack bhangra, i saw them at qc dhamaal, and they tore the house down. i was shocked that they were not selected for blowout, as they were better than a few of the teams there, but with some more practice and grace, they are a young team on the rise. i also am seconding heeray and panj, along with bmw and abc as teams to keep an eye on.

NC State will be much improved next year. Anakh Punjab Di, LSD and BMW will be on the radar.

From what I've seen so far I agree that PANJ is going to do big things. Bhangra Empire has done pretty decent lately and I think they are going to continue next year with killer formations. And, being from Seattle, I have to root for ABC. These guys are showing a lot of potential and I think they'll have some serious results next year.

Heeray and Waris r definitely gonna kill it next season, but i have a feeling a couple other teams like rutgers and 3D (if they stick to music like at Bruin) could suprise some people.

Rangla Punjab, UNC Bhangra, and Drexel Bhangra

I feel like all three of these teams have made good progress so far and are just missing that X-factor on their team, that one thing that defines them as a team.

Heeray's performance BLEW my mind, it was simple and clean, but it had a lot of force behind it i thought...watching BMW live after watching those panchods (love you abhijit) practice was a treat, because they're silky smooth when they dance. I think Heeray and BMW are gonna come up huge this year.
