On-topic - Babbu maan taan klann hi aa

Everyone has their own opinion but as an artist from my point of view he's done alot for the Punjabis
1) He was the one who dared to to make a movie like Hawayein.
2) He was the one to speak up against Corupt Baba's in Punjab.
3) He was the one who made a movie like Ekam for awareness in Punjab against why farmers commit suicide along side various other issues.

We shouldn't just see what he's done wrong we should also see all that he's done right.

Bro, I do see where you are coming from. I agree he has done some good things But one of my grandfather's driver used to be a driver for Babbu Mann and he told us about all the gand the guy is involved in- Drugs, bandookan and (to save mentioning a few other embarrasing ones) what not.

But i do agree we just shouldn't ignore what he has done right.

i think the drugs and all that do serve as an Awful influence on the youth of punjab, and once in a while he'll come up with a SMH song (e.g. one night stand, hitler, lol) -- but he def has his positives/contributions; i give him props for those. and i think most of us are mature enough to not use him as a lifestyle role model, imo.
