I'm down to read a comp. review. I heard great things about the comp. last year.

That was sick. Looking forward to Cal's GTV video from this comp.

Intro dragged out alittle too long in my opinion. But once the main song, Sahneval Chonk, started it was sick. Def. finish this if you can.

PDDS comeback would be sick, but I think most of the members of the team are now in graduate/medical school or already in their careers around the US.

As I've always said before, the competition was alot of fun. One thing I'd recommend for next year is to have the after party in a place that has a larger capacity.

Elite 8 2011. Can anyone confirm if they are still competing? Last I heard from them was when they dropped out of Elite 8 last year.

One idea to prevent mixers from saying on BTF is "my mix is labeled "A"" or w/e is having that kind of behavior grounds for an instant loss of the matchup. But ya, telling people offline is another beast entirely, and I'm not sure how that can be prevented. Hopefully that won't play too much...

Last time they did it, to prevent a popularity contest, whoever was in charge had head-to-head challenges where the two people weren't allowed to use any DJ tag, like "2 2 2 2 2 2 2 Nyce". That way it was kept anonymous to the voters- people on BTF. sK's gonna be kickin ass.

Obviously the laser gimmick was sick, but my new founded respect for AEG comes from bringing out the dad at the end! Great song selection for the mix.
