When Baby Doll drops at the club
Also all of Luvreet Sangha's jhoomer segments (DRP, Jhoomer Squad, Cal, etc etc). He's built a unique style that has complexity but doesn't sacrifice grace.
Waiting for all the Bruin videos + Clutch
Trends that should go: The hiccup/heaving/oh-gawd-I-got-punched-in-the-stomach jhoomer step, bunch of spins leading into a hit, busting through a clump splitting at the front
Where the circuit will go: Fuller execution of steps, larger variety of moves...
Respect for the hard work it must've taken to bring a team overseas. My impressions--
The theme did not sit well with me. The first thing the audience sees is someone getting murdered on the screen...no explanation why. For me, setting up a a violent theme with no other intention other than...
Could try a combo of all of the above, and then rent a dance studio space when you need mirror time. Most dance studios in my area rent out space for ~$35/hr.
This is awesome. I would love to see these injury prevention and rehab resources expanded into a series or database. For the amount of practicing we do, I think it's becoming increasingly important to understand how to take care of our bodies.
HAHA, so when can we expect a BBC post? :p
Khunde pickup at 1:56 and the 4:07 lehriya drop were some of my favorite parts. Plenty of interesting ideas that just needed cleaner execution, but respect for going all out on taking risks. Good luck with rebuilding the team!
Thanks for the feedback, everyone! It was an unforgettable experience that made me remember why I dance bhangra. I hope this is just the beginning for us.
<3 See you guys in Vegas!
Anyone wanna hook us up with some sarangi lessons? :D

Duniya De Rang (DDR) is proud to present our debut performance from Big 10 Bhangra (BXB). We dedicate this to all the dancers & mentors who made bhangra a meaningful part of our lives:
Red: Nathan Ellebracht (Emory, Cal) and Ashley Espinoza (Alamo)
Blue: Howie Magaro (AEG) and...
Had no idea that our circuit even had 40+ judges. The gathering of that many experienced dancers and judges has got me stoked for the growth of our circuit. I've honestly seen enough complaints that the "circuit is dead," and I'm grateful for the initiative that you guys took. Congratulations...
@mithu , I would love to read more content about Punjabi culture. It's a shame that you got that kind of response, and the blame partially falls on users like me for not being more vocal.
Do it. I'll read it.
Hi BTF,
An exciting new resource is coming to the bhangra circuit! Among other things, we hope that this project will be valuable for new/young teams wanting to "break into the circuit."
If you are a captain or dancer of a new/young team, please send me a PM! I would love to discuss how this...
