Where is Dublin? You want to a team to fly to Ireland to perform for free? ;D oh boy. Judging by your area code though, you probably want a team from the Bay Area (Cali) to come and dance. You might need to ask the host of this "gathering" to fork up some $$$ otherwise he/she won't be...

Sounds like to me they either practiced together or have been DJing/playing Dhol at many events together. If there is a lot of coordination like that, it's most likely they've done gigs together before. Put up a video of the dhol player if you have it! Would be interesting to check out. ~ Basim :)

+1 Thanks for the clarification though arrun98! If you know who he is, tell him to check out this thread & respond. ~ Basim :)

Yo guys! I heard Ashveer sprinted all the way down the Great Wall of China and still wasn't tired, so he combined dhammal & phumania into his workout on the way back. On a real note: Ashveer's favorite word is diaspora and he taught traditional bhangra for 12 years in Punjab (albiet, it was...

Teri Pan da Rishta - TRAILER I see some familiar faces... funny stuff guys! Keep it up. ~ Basim :)

20 wins in a row and counting! The Spurs are playing some amazing basketball. The next game will be tough though because it's in OKC. Let's see if they can overcome the hometown advantage. ~ Basim :)

No idea Shawn, but those look pretty bad ass! 8) ~ Basim :)

Ending idea was sickkk and very well executed. Keep it up boys! ~ Basim :) P.S. - Thanks for the video Arjun.

Spurs vs OKC will be the best series in terms of raw basketball talent during the NBA playoffs imho. I really love watching both of these teams because they have so much class and respect for the game. It will be really close battle between young/energetic talent vs older/knowledgable...

No need to create multiple threads with the same info bro. This belongs in the "Bhangra Music and Mixes" section where you created your dupliate thread: http://bhangrateamsforum.com/discuss/bhangra-mixes-and-music/djnotorious-katal-kare-remix-by-dj-sanj-n-jay-status-new-link-19465/ ~ Basim :)

Jatt08 - I'm curious to know where you got this 10K number. Please upload an Excel spreadsheet showing how you calculated this based on their expenses for the gimmick. Seems like you're just a hater who pulled this number out of his ass or maybe you heard it from some other haters. Give...

Based on personal experience dealing with Armaan Gupta (Folk Entertainment), he's not really a guy you can trust. No offense to those of you who are his friend; I'm sure he's a nice guy - just doesn't have the responsibility to back it up. My story: I was involved with establishing a new...

Thanks for posting them all up on BTF mithu! Keep them coming. ~ Basim :)

"Howdy" Jagdeep ;) Since you'll be moving ot Dallas, "Sheran Di Kaum" (SDK) is who came to mind as well. They've been together for a few years, although changing rosters due to people leaving the area (among other reasons). They used to be all guys team, but are now co-ed. If you were movin...

A lot of talk about cancer being the main possible cause of death. RIP Kuly Ral - you're a legend in the Bhangra industry and you will never be forgotten. ~ Basim :)

http://bhangrateamsforum.com/discuss/bhangra-mixes-and-music/the-dbi-loop/ Searching helps my friend, ~ Basim :) P.S. - I suggest asking one of the DBI guys directly if you want it.

I'm sure the mods will move the thread to the correct section when they get a chance. Thanks for all the videos Remy! ~ Basim :)

Really bro? Really? 1. Your google search: http://lmgtfy.com/?q=Panjabi+MC+-+Jind+Mahi 2. You can click the first Youtube link in the Google search results; that's the song Arjun was talking about. Read the description in the video - it says "panjabi mc and surinder shinda jind mahi , sang in...

Thanks for the follow-up and clarification vox! ~ Basim :)

Not to steer too off topic, but... I always thought it should be capitalized, since "music" or "dance" would be associated common noun. Bhangra is a specific type of music or dance, hence according to my logic, it's a proper noun. The same can said of about Jazz music...
