HAHA! This is definitely your best topic everrrr Pritpal ;) Did that take a long time to make? It's funny. I love the comments. lol! You need to do one of these every month for sure!! :D ~ Basim

Haha, this seemed like a fun performance by the LBC guys. I loved the "Dil Ley Gai Kuri Gujrat Di" segment at the end ;) What a way to celebrate a joyous occasion, keep up the great work. ~ Basim :)

All of this could be simplied with a little bit of post-recording editing. It doesn't take *THAT* much effort to blend a team's mix into the audio from the recording (or completely override the audio aka "dub the audio"). If you blend the dance mix in, you can still get the audience...

I hate to say it again, DID I CALL THIS SHIAT OR WHAT?!?! ;) I wonder where all these clowns are now.. Navkarn, Temur, j_gill, Raja? You just got: ohhh yeaaa, victory is so bitter sweet! "Who's that team they call United?, Who's that team they all adore? They're the boys in red and...

I agree, Batuaa is a sickk track and Ms Neelam totally ripped it. ~ Basim :)

This question is way to broad. It's similar to saying, "Whose the best athlete in the world?" There are so many different types of athlete, is it possible/fair to compare them somehow? In the same light, how can you compare Bhangra teams when there are so many genres of Bhangra (please read the...

+1. RIP Kaka. An amazing singer who will always be remembered in the bhangra industry. ~ Basim P.S. - This should serve as a LESSON to those whose life is consumed by alchohol instead of just a sad day to mourn. Punjabis in general need to start reflecting on their own lives more.

Great topic bhangrathug! ;D LOL! Yo, that's funny veera. I'm done with school, so it got changed from the typical "bhangra less, study more" to... comparing me with every other kid they know around my age who is more "successful" already. ::) lol. Then being like "see, if you focused more...

EPIC FAIL! CHEATERS NEVER PROSPER BIATCH!! Here is the parody done on Family Guy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2T-JfYYaBpA

Even with the "best dancers".. coordinating everything that a team does in a 7-8 minute routine, practicing the dance/dance moves to perfection, coming up with formations as a group and making sure they transition flawlessly, cordinating all of this with dholis/chimta players/singers, etc...

Cool idea Charanjit, but not practical at all (no offense) ;) Let's say that 1 person from each of the teams that Tucker mentioned above was selected to form the "Live/Dhol" regional team. How on earth would they practise together? You can't just send videos of the dance and expect the entire...

Hmmm.. do I sense an attention whore?? ::) JK! ~ Basim :D

Sooooo.. was I right or was I right? ;) Not necessarily about being the teams winning "easily"/"destroying".. but I knew which teams would come out on top. Just wait until the 2nd round for Arsenal & Manchester to prove they are elite futbol clubs! I had previously forgot to provide my...

Woah, amazing! Huge step for the young South Asian generation. Hopefully he does well; I guess this means a lot less shows/movies with him in it? :-\ ~ Basim

LMAO @ COMB!!! ;D Sheran Di Kaum? The lineup is sickkkkk!! I wish these teams would travel OUTSIDE of the Canada more; they all seem to stick to themselves out there in Ontario. Good luck to all teams participating. ~ Basim

A decent start Lali. I'll look foward toward its progress. Major props to kinnell for the detailed analysis & constructive criticism.. those are the types of comments people need to get better at what they do (whether it be bhangra or creating a website). ~ Basim :)

+1 I agree. ~ Basim :)

Wow, this totally digusts me. :'( I am a Muslim and proud Pakistani, but what the Taliban has done to our peaceful country has been a great misfortune, especially in the northern territories (the Swat District) where they reside/have control over because those are said to be heaven-like places...

Very well stated Harman. Thanks for explaining what each piece of the Khanda symbol represents, very insightful information. The statement in bold above is the highlight of your post and I totally agree with it. I find it odd/disrepectful/wrong for a team to have any religious symbols (whether...
