Tarundeep from Fauj/Tufts is one of my favorites.
Sunpreet from Furteelay is also pretty sick - not sure who else is out there anymore that ties badass paghs that hasn't been mentioned above already.

As a spectator, I find NSG's paghs very visually appealing - the folds are crisp and the turla isn't lopsided or small. I don't know who ties them, though

Yankee is a beast, he tied one of our paghs at notorious and it looked near perfect. Venkat from MOB does a solid job as well

Our boy Money (Mankiran) ties paggs super clean. Best part is that at every comp I've been to with him in the last two years, he'll always tie paggs for many other teams that ask just cause he's a great dude and they always turn out dope.
