Not to hate, but there are a lot of flaws in your arguments. I apologize but your entire post made my head hurt. For the sake of being logical and structured, I have split up your post and replied to them individually.

I would like to share that Bhangra is full of politics.
Introduction. It's always nice to start off with one.
BayAreaBhangraClub said:
No one does Bhangra for the love of it anymore.
Irrelevant. Accusatory and unnecessary. Are you really that sure that no one dances to Bhangra for the love of it?

This is a great way to make the reader feel the whining nature of your entire post.

Competition committee members are associated with dancers from Bhangra Teams.
Honestly, as long as everything is completely transparent, there isn't anything wrong with teams having some affiliation with competition organizers. As long as no preferential treatment is given, there is really no harm done. It should definitely be avoided, but competition organizers are NOT judges nor do they have any influence on judging and placings.

Instead of looking at our winning track record and our stage performance a vote is casted against us, in which we are told that you guys are not selected. Even though we have placed first at this competition. Warrior Bhangra to be precise. It is very unfortunate that there is no set association that overseas how competitions select teams and who is selected for judging a competition. Committee members and other Bhangra team members play this politics game real well.
As said 2493290 times, a competition can chose whichever team they want for their lineup. Any criteria works. They do not have to pick the best teams. Congratulations on your winning another competition, but a competition does not need to factor that into their decision. Why is it so difficult for people to understand that? A competition can/will factor in other issues like "Do I need more geographical diversity?", "Will the audience get bored of watching all 12 man teams?", "Will this local team bring me revenue that I need to be able to pay for team prizes?", "Should I Make the other teams happier by getting another all-girl team?", "Should I give this new team an opportunity to compete with veteran teams?" and even subjective personal things like "Did that team just kick my dog?". Judging, yes, should be objective. Selecting a line-up does not need to be. Hell, a competition organizer could not select a team that had a hundred trophies if they felt that they had too many teams already with the letter A.

Anything negative that happens at a competition is blamed on us to ruin our reputation.
Do you have proof? If not, this is irrelevant and a weak attempt at trying to gain sympathy.
BayAreaBhangraClub said:
This is done because we always raise a voice against corrupt judges. So corrupt that some of them give girls zero score for dancing Bhangra. We are denied a score sheet and are told that the committee can not provide a live score sheet instead they will be emailed or faxed to us.
Do you have proof? Honestly, being specific at which competitions did this and which judges did this will benefit the community much much more and will make it seem less like a random whining about not getting into competitions. At least that way, these competitions and judges can either stand behind their actions (and teams/competitions are better off knowing in the future) and defend themselves, if they can.

We always stand our ground for the truth. This is very hard to digest for a lot of people.
I always stand for insoluble fiber. That is very hard to digest for ALL people.

I will admit that we are the loudest team at competitions and we celebrate hard when we win and we do have our flaws on stage like any other team but we dance with passion and pride. At every local Bhangra event we are there helping teams with paggs. We are also very active in coaching new and upcoming teams. We never ask for any compensation or favors back because we want to maintain the love that is slowly fading away from Bhangra.
Congrats on your sportsmanship conduct. Sadly, there are a few competitions that have that as a criteria to select teams. Oh, you mention that you are loud and that you celebrate hard? Does that mean a lot of drinking and noise complaints at the hotel? Maybe, competitions don't want that.

We already know who is going to place or win at Pioneer Bhangra because the only live team performing has no competition plus the committee has selected some nice judges for them. We have no hate towards anyone, we love to compete and showcase our talent on stage.
You clearly have hate against these competitions. And if you know whose going to win, you should seriously put some serious $$ on those wagers. And then you can afford to fly out to competitions outside of the state of California. Sounds like a win-win to me!
BayAreaBhangraClub said:
And we know we can do some serious damage when it comes to performing live Bhangra. Maybe thats another reason teams fear us and set up propaganda against us. This is not our ego talking; this is our confidence and our hard work speaking.
No, that is your ego speaking. You just made a BTF post whining about how no one does Bhangra for the love of it anymore, how teams fear you, set up propaganda against you, how competitions blame you for everything bad and how they blamed the last season of Entourage on your team. You think you are entitled to get into competitions just because you have a few trophies and if you don't place, its because competitions have corrupt judges (that irrelevant to your team, are sexist against women). As I see it, there is a line between ego and confidence, and you're so far in ego that you can't even see the line anymore.

We could have just simply stayed quiet and followed Mr. Gandhis footsteps but that would have taken years to get our point across. The reality is that we have immense love for this folkdance and we will not let a group of people infiltrate it with politics and hate.
Mr. Gandhi did not have a BTF account. Comparing your efforts to his just adds to my point on how egotistical you are.

I will encourage people to spread love and do the right thing for the sake of Bhangra. Every competition should look at team credentials when selecting teams and try to stop bias from happening. This is not a sympathy letter; this is to let the world know what is happening around Bhangra in this State of California .
As said before, selecting a line-up is a subjective process. Your opinion may be that it should be objective, but the general consensus amongst almost competitions is that they will pick who they want, but they will ensure a fair judging process. If you don't like it, then don't apply. If you love bhangra that much, then just go for exhibition performances and exhibition events.
This is a sympathy letter. This is not a public service announcement. If you have specific incidents, put them out in the open. But for the love of BTF, don't throw around silly accusations like "everything bad that happens is blamed on BABC" without any proof.

It is very sad to say that our coming youth will be dealing with a lot of politics. Not accepting us at these competitions has not brought us down but it has only made us a stronger team. Thank You.
It really hasn't made you a stronger team. You're bitching about it on a public forum and blaming not getting into a few competitions on politics, hate and propaganda set-up specifically against your team.
Here's my advice to you: If competitions don't accept you, then apply elsewhere. That's what a stronger team would do. Hell, there are so many teams that don't get into competitions. I hear certain competitions get 30-40 teams apply and only select 8-10. I don't see 20 teams whining about not getting in after every lineup is announced. Competitions have every right to deny you for whatever reason. I'm sorry that you think the entire state of California has vendettas against your team, I really do. But let your dancing do the speaking, not your ego and your team's sense of self-entitlement.
