this must be the reason as to why so many indian people are wearing blue contacts!!!
pretty sure contacts dont affect the anatomy/benefits of your eyes.
It might be possible, Saleem. Consider this line of reasoning:

Since an observer perceives the color blue from the eyes of one who wears blue contacts, this means that blue light is being reflected by the lenses, and that all other light presumably passes through. The rod cells in the human eye are less sensitive to light at the lower end of the visible light spectrum, especially red. Since blue light is toward the higher end of the VLS, blocking it from one's eyes should enable one's vision to adjust more readily as lighting conditions change from bright white light to very dim light.

Does that sound plausible?
If this reasoning was accurate and blue light indeed only reflected off the eye/lens, then the wearer would not see any blue (no blue wavelength would be absorbed rather than reflected). Since wearing blue contact lenses does not significantly tint the wearer's vision, I would conclude it's false.
How bout a red tinted contact worn in ONLY one eye? Doing this would change the perception of color by the user (better differentiate between red and green and thus help those with color blindness). Yes, it does not CURE color blindness, but changing our perception is almost as good.

No, because (assuming these contacts DO tint significantly, which I don't know) the red and green contacts would tint everything evenly. You still wouldnt be able to differentiate between colors in a pattern (the symptom of colorblindness). Nor would it help you distinguish between blue and purple, lets say, if you were unable to distinguish before. (Same color in, same transformation, same result).

The Koala Bear has fingerprints that are so similar to the human fingerprint that it is almost impossible to tell them apart because of the pattern, shape and size of the ridges (could even be mistaken at a crime scene by profession forensic scientists). Under the microscope, the ridges look exactly the same. The width of the ridge, the shape, general size and pattern is the same.

answer to the picture below (top finger print = 1, left bottom = 2, right bottom = 3):

1-Koala Bear 2-Human 3-Chimpanzee
