Gifty,
I think you're referring to Jason Smith, OT from Baylor, but yah I agree, that'd be a good pick up for you since Andre Smith decided to be a slacker leading up to the combine. The OT class this year is pretty deep with Eugene Monroe, Michael Oher and both Smiths to be drafted in the first round

As for the Pepp situation...as a Carolina fan I'd love for him to come back, but he said he doesn't wanna play here anymore so we gotta move him sooner or later. We franchised him, so he can't sign anywhere else, but I'd like for us to trade him for a first round pick...maybe try to make a run after Brian Orakpo or Everette Brown and start rebuilding our DLine. Hopefully Josh Freeman will slip to the 2nd, or possibly Nate Davis as our 3rd rd pick
Haha thanks for noticing, i didn't even notice it myself....You guy's really need a qb. Jake Delhomme proved this season he is just a mediocre qb at best. I highly doubt Orakpo or Brown will be around when you guys pick, no pick in the first round....unless peppers gets traded. Freeman won't be around neither will Davis in the 3rd unless you pick Davis in the 2nd.

Unfortunately for us...you're probably right...good qbs do slide though sometimes, just ask Aaron Rodgers :).

Gifty,

WCO? hahaha, never heard of the west coast offense called that... Before you explain to me what a WCO is, perhaps you should research what my favorite team is... Which two QB's are my favorite off all time... Which damn team invented this WCO that you talk about and then come and explain to me what a WCO is... I'm your daddy when it comes to knowing what a west coast offense is, we freakin invented that shit... I never said the Niners had a better QB, I just said that the Seahawks have a shitty QB... I liked Hasselback once upon a time, I just don't think he has it anymore... We'll find out this year... Seattle is my second favorite team, I actually want you guys to do well... You guys have a new coach coming in and this might be a longggg year for you guys... The only thing Seattle might have going for them is the 12th man, I love that shit you guys pull before every game... But when it comes to football, even in a shitty NFC west you stunk up the joint last year.... Holmgren moved to santa cruz, which is like 30 mins from san francisco, Mike Singletary is gunna prepare for this season like no other cause he knows whose looming in his backyard... Niners take the west next year if Warner bolts from the Cards...

Warner wont go to Minnesota even if they came after him because I dont see AP sticking around all that long... AP leaves, that team is shit... If he knows better, he'll bolt to a grass team so he can save his knees from the torture that the minnesota turf brings, and plus its minnesota, watching their games is so depressing cause of their shitty lighting and shitty stadium... Who the hells wants to play there?

Julius Peppers is going to the Patriots, book it...

Jay Cutler has to be the biggest baby i've seen in a while. He doesn't want to meet with McDaniels cuz the Broncos were seeing what they could get for him ("supposedly"). Grow the F up.

Kurt "Vons" Warner is only as good as Fitz is- so yeah he's pretty damn good. I dont think Kurt would've attempted that flea flicker (against the Falcons) if Berrian/Wade/Rice were streaking downfield instead of Fitz. If he comes back, the NFC West is AZ's to lose. Sorry Vick i like Gore and VD but you guys need some clutch wideouts- Ike Bruce can't be the main man. I like their D maybe they should make a play for Jason Twinkletoes Taylor haha

We all kno from the past experiences that dan snyder has a lot of money and he doesnt care abt spending it. He has made the most stupid decisions ever, such as, the safety archuleta we signed, payed him a lot of money and then next season he was cut, same with the reciever brendan lloyd, and two seasons ago we had the highest payed coaching staff and the next season they all were gone. And this year again, we cut jason taylor. Haynesworth is an awesome player but $100 million is unnecessary, but like i said, snyder has a lot of money and he dont care. But instead of spending so much money on defensive players, it would have made sense if he signed a receiver such as T.J houshmanzadeh which didnt cost much money either. T.J is not gonna do shit with seattle.

Main problem with the redskins is the QB. Jason campbell had his chances and he hasn't done shit. You cant compare him to ben rothelisberger, cuz ben went 11-5, something like that his first season. I kno their defense helps them win games but still, jason is nowhere close to ben. This season i think redskins should see what jason can do the first 6 games and if he still sucks, then i think its time to bring Colt Brennan out and give him a shot.

Cant wait to see how Michael Vick would do this season, i dont think that he will go with 49ers but i think it would be a surprise where he ends up.

Redskins need to focus more on their receivers, but dockery was a good decision

Bill Walsh Invented the WCO, i know that. Hahaha "daddy" of the WCO, your a fan, not Bill Walsh. The only way Hasselback will be troubled next year is due to his back, if his back holds up, he will pick apart the NFC, especially with Housh at target and a healthy receiving core. Please Vick, we suffered the most amount of Injuries last year compared to any other team, let me remind you that you LOST against a VERY depleted Hawks team last year. We lost our starting 6 WR, Our ENTIRE o-line, QB, Leroy Hill, Trufant played INjured, Kerney out for the season, Lofa played Injured. I wish no team will have to go through what we endured last year. A healthy Hawks team is much more talented than a healthy niner team. We also have a coaching advantage, and if you think otherwise i'd suggest you take of your singletary glasses. I hope Singletary succeeds in San Fran, i like him a lot and he seems to carry that aggressive approach from his Chicago days. So far he seems like the perfect candidate. Good luck to you, but don't count out the Hawks....

Jaideep your a Skin fan.....
You guys have done shit in many seasons....your champions of the offseason....thats about it...Enjoy your glory days, come September you will not be anything more than a sub par team.

If the Niners o-line, d-line, wr's, qb's, rb's and te's stay healthy, we should be a good team too...

If both teams went head to head, perfectly healthy, hawks would win

Yes we are known for being the kings of the recent offseasons but we'll be fine in the next couple of years because I believe in Zorn (remember that guy :D) and Campbell...Jaideep, this kid is MMMMMHH MMMMMMMMMMH GOOD!

COWBOYS JUST RELEASED T.O.

Poor guy, cant stay anywhere for a long time, lets see where he goes now......i dont mind if skins pick him up

So far, I think dawkins was the most shocking move ever. He was the heart of the team for eagles, and I heard his teammates were pissed abt his decision. But his offense was doing shit and he played so hard, I think he needed the change, but it wont be the same watching him play with the broncos.

Gifty,

Even if we haven’t done shit, we are still trying and giving up is not the option. And I hope u realize we are in NFC east, the toughest division in NFL, and ur team seahawks coulnt even do shit against the teams such as rams, 49ers, injuries is not an excuse, we had injuries too. Last season 4-12 and we were 8-8, so yeah…….12th man didn’t really help I guess. Oh well, lets see what happens this season and we will see whos the sub par team.

Uhhhhhhh the SCARY NFC EAST....DONT SCARE ME NFC EAST....lol....Need i remind you the team that played in the Superbowl was from what Division? Yeah......the WEAK NFC WEST....Injuries not an excuse? Did you lose your entire line? Your starting 6 wr's? your qb? No you didn't.....The only positive thing for the Skins in Jim Zorn...thats it...Honestly the whole we play in the NFC east is a lame excuse.....And bro every team tries...its a PROFESSIONAL league. Also, we beat the rams twice and should have beat the niners twice if it wasn't for some lucky bounces here and there, but no excuses we lost, so your whole notion of we didnt do shit against the rams or niners fails....

Nikhil bro,

3 Superbowl, good for you and your franchise.....it was about a decade ago....;). I'd still pull for you guys just cause of Zorn and I'm pulling for Campbell to pull through, he seems to show flashes of excellence at times

TO poor guy? The guy is a cancer to any team....he deserves to be released....

Oooof so much to discuss. I guess T.O.'s a good place to start since that's the recent hot topic. My guess is he'll end up with one of these teams: Chiefs, Redskins, Dolphins. The Chiefs have Cassel now and their WR depth is severely lacking. Skins? It just seems like something they would do. Plus with Jason Taylor out they have some extra monies to spend on another ridiculous deal. The Dolphins really don't have a No.1 WR. The only (big) issue is Chad Pennington's inability to throw deep but I have a feeling they're going to try to bring out Chad Henne this season now that he's had another year. With Pennington's coaching and a star receiver it might work out. Vick - I just don't see the niners going for T.O. It doesn't fit what Singletary's shown of his coaching style, and their offense would clash with T.O.'s demanding personality.

Random note: I think it'll be interesting to see where the Pats strategy pans out. They're clearly planning for something with the Cassel/Vrabel trade, and I have a feeling it'll be Julius Peppers.
