The BIGGEST Bhangra Exhibition in North America​

April 25th, 2009​

Over 3,000 people expected!!

Each Team will receive an $1,100 honorarium for performing

Highly Acclaimed as "the best bhangra event of the year" by many of the past performers


Registration packets are due February 25th, 2009

Pao Bhangra - always fun, I highly encourage everyone to apply to this event, it's a nice way to wrap up your bhangra season.

Also Saleem, you better not do 'bhangra punjabian ne' again, way to juice out that choreo for almost 3 years. I know you want to.

lolzers dramas. I'll let it rest. I'm more that sure that Pao will have a phenomenal east coast line-up. Being exhibition acts puts everyone at rest and I'm sure it makes the event more chill and less competitive.

i heard from a good source that Barack Obama, John McCain, Dick Cheney, Joe Biden, Kanye West, John Legend, Brett Michaels, and Flavor Flav will all be appearing at Pao, and will be showcasing their amazing bhangra abilities. Some will be singing, some will be playing dhol, and others will be doing Malwai Giddha. This cannot be confirmed, but...this source clearly came up with an amazing list here.


How's that for far-fetched? But Pao should really make this happen!

Having performed at Pao Bhangra twice now, I have to say that this is my all-time favorite bhangra event from a performer's perspective. I imagine it will be even bigger and better this year.
