That routine was bombbbbbbb! Brought the kids out complete with mini dholi, kept it clean, and hella entertaining... Maddd respect guys!
DAAMNNN that was really clean and I really liked the mix. I would have to see others' videos of course, but this seemed like a top-tier and generally placeworthy performance to me. The formations were creative (opening of Kato segment - Whoa!) and entertaining which is RARE for 8man sets.
I thought jhummar was a bit safe and "typical" without the creativity that was evident in your other segments. Same for phumnia, maybe spice it up with some variations. I liked what you did with Kise De Naal Pyaar (the sitting down and cutesy stuff - sick, and the hearts too) and with the chattris for Kannian. Well executed!!! When the kids came out, I thought it was kind of clashing/jarring that you weren't doing the same moves as the kids for a lot of it.
Towards the end, the formation changes for fulka and the "punch your crotch" move are straight up nasty. Incorporated the kids well. Same for how they come through your arms like an arch-bridge - that's exactly the sort of thing I would expect to hit well at VIBC, and it did. Overall I thought it was a creative and fun performance - fast and captivating from start to finish - really didn't expect an 8man group to bring so much entertainment value. Also did you guys borrow YPA's vardiyaan?

SICK set...would have to see other videos but you guys, PANJ, and if APD brought it like they did at Bayside then them too, all definitely deserved placings at the type of comp i thought VIBC was...so either the rest of the lineup was just that good or someone got something wrong.
regardless, really like the vardiyan...and man, those kids are awesome...lil kid in light blue jori who's in center more was just phenomenal...cant wait to see him in a few years on the circuit.

I feel like bringing out little kids/girls is becoming almost as standard as having a kaato segment in your routine. lol
An awesome performance, btw. There were parts that reminded me of other routines. The saap intro reminded me of SGPD Idols intro and the kaato intro reminded me of a formation mechanism VCU had done. Nonetheless, you guys added your own spin so it was sexy in its own way. As Arjun pointed out, very entertaining for an 8 man set, though the routine went to a new level when the kids arrived in terms of energy, formations and entertainment value. The ending was amazing!

See now I just don't get the whole oh VIBC is modern and xyz teams should have known blah blah, like what about this was not entertaining? It wasn't a purely folk 8-man set. It had all the elements, folkness and entertainment. Someone commented on the results thread that maybe PCBCA and PANJ shouldn't have applied, but why not?...this set is more entertaining to me personally than a recycled, uniform Empire set.

This is one of the cleanest performances from PCBCA!! I watched the whole video without skipping or anything.. It was really entertaining... especially when the little kids came out.. These kids are hellllllaa good ;D haha... Overall this performance should have placed... Lets see how the other videos are.. And the mix is sickk

that was very well done. i've basically seen the APD set from bayside, and if it was similar to that, then....this was more entertaining. Not sure how the judges were scoring everything, but you've got an underrated team it seems. You guys had a lot going on, and it was incorporated very nicely. Keep it up, this was fun to watch.

Wow! Amazing performance, especially considering it was an 8-man set. You guys are FIREEE! Bring this again to another competition and I'm sure that you'll place... not sure what happened at VIBC!
The vardiyan look nice, but I can't see them too clearly due to the low quality video
The kids were off the chain though.. amazing choreography & formations even with them on the floor (16 people).
Will be waiting for the HD video Manjot.
