i think what he means is when teams do jugni with stiff arms...one of them being straight up and the other being at a 90 degree angle across your chest. yeah, thats not a very nice sight. You can do jugni with your arm going up but there should be some grace on your arm and fingers. same with the other arm.

yeah i agree with wat meistro said about using the props for like 16 measures...worthless.

i cant stand it when, and i've seen this happen a lot, a dancer holds their khunda half-way up or when they clench it with two closed fists... ???

when teams mix irrelevant lines like "utheya jah samney buddey bahadhra" into their mix then transitions into a lovey dovey co-ed song. why do teams do this? its mostly co-ed teams. it doesn't sound cool if thats what they're trying to get at. It actually shows a lack of knowledge for lyrics and for the dance. The sad thing is, teams like this actually place over teams who show knowledge for the dance and everything tied to it.

When people throw props off stage(khunde/chikkey). Ex. NJ at DDA chikkey segment

Its just disrespectful and shows you dont have proper respect for the art.

when guys have UGLY phull's hanging off their pughan.....I hate it when they're in the shape of a donut or when its not starched and its just hanging down.........HERE is an example of a BEAUTIFUL phull.............also I hate it when people don't wear their vardiyaan properly. Like, you're performing an artform, you're not coming from a long days work from the keth! Get your kaintey and taveet nice and snugg around your neck! fix your phull! pin your chadra! make sure its tied properly! make sure your phuman arent gonna fall off!.......how would you feel if saw actors in movies with unrealistic costumes or uniforms?
Love the phullan on those paggan. Did they have to starch that part as well to get that effect?

for the fan style phull you would need to starch the end of the laar.

When one performer makes a odd looking shape with his hands in stead of sticking to the routine set up. :p

SIAC has done this in their masti and pcs routine as well. I have mixed feelings on this....when SIAC did it, they actually made it a part of their move....I believe they did a batuk and threw it and went into a punjab. that didnt seem so bad, it was clean and.... but when teams blatantly chuck the prop, thats disrespectful and just looks bad.

lmao im a culprit I have a mix made with furrr and kabaddi mixed together haha, my only excuse is it goes well, despite the tone of the songs being very different.
