hahaha this thread went from Rivalries to multi-team love fests, talk about your 180's! Rivalries definitely exisited till our team formed between pretty much every single team in florida. I had a personal rivalry with the captain of FIU bhangra, and now we're pretty good friends lol. UM/UF. But we squashed the beef for the bigger picture... 
Also, i heard that KJ started out including a few of the Sher Found boys, and then i guess they had problems and split. So its kinda a "from day one" kinda thing, plus so much other crap over the years. I dont think you can really say LBC/Sher/KJ is a rivalry since LBC and Sher share dancers, and LBC and KJ were supposed to join up for bruin. But yea, KJ/Sher is the only real "rivalry" IMHO.

i'm gonna have to agree with Kush here...yet although there are rivalries, I might go as far to say its usually for the regional competitions around here in Boston. For example its definitely a rivalry when it comes to bbc, maybe nyc comps, but for ones far away , it obviously gets hard to have whole teams go. So some dancers end up dancing with other's team's and take on a new identity for that weekend; no hate..i mean a bunch of my really good friends are on BU, NU, BB..etc. Maybe its diff in other places, but i thought a bunch of people in the cali area have danced with more than one and are friends with neighboring teams

I enjoy rivalries... So I wouldnt mind seeing some teams go at it over and over again... But yea, that has the possibility of getting a little boring... Just out of curiosity, what is/was the biggest rivalry in bhangra? KJ vs. Sher?
