Yo, does it really matter how people tie their jurahs? No need to call it unicorn style. U go to amritsar, thats how everyone ties their jurahs. And i definitely kno where jasmeet is coming from. Its hard enough to take jokes from people who dont kno why sikh's have jurahs and wear patkas/paggs in the first place and then have to see something similar coming from a guy who prolly has friends with jurahs cracking jokes.

Isolation exercises do wonders for overall strength.
Especially the reverse wrist curls. Much more efficient than heavy squats or deadlifts. You can feel the burn bro.

not to nitpick or anything, but I do think forearm strength has some bearing on your ability to do pullups, deadlift, bench.
BUT BICEP CURLS, THEY BURN THE MOST!

fo sho'. its just much more efficient and practical to train the forearms with heavy deadlifts than to waste time on the wrist curls. but if its a lagging body part then more work cant hurt.
