im from the UK so i dont know any names of dancers, but by far THE BEST female bhangra dancer i've ever seen is the girl in the yellow suit from VCU's lineup at Elite 8 last year.

VCU Bhangra @ Elite 8 Bhangra Invitational 2010 - she's the one that's more to the left at 2.23 mins.

I watch north american bhangra comp videos pretty much everyday but i aint seen a dancer like that lol. she kills it the whole way through!
