So today..I was playing Wii boxing, and I started to wonder...given how real they now make the movements and such....what if the console had electrodes or something you attached to different points on the body, and if you get hit there, it sends a small pinch or something..hahahhaa...i know this is kinda immoral and strange, but if you are expecting and ready to take the pain...that would be pretty awesome, and would take the reality of video gaming to A WHOLE NEW LEVEL.

I would buy a Wii just for that game. That would be amazing, and you should be able to perform with what ever team you want to like SGPD, NJ, Sher, KJ, Empire, DRP, etc.!!

innovative thinking, guys. however, it would be more cooler, if this system was created and mass produced. thence, teams could buy it, and have the coreographer/captain program how the moves to a routine should be done, and have every single person on the team try it out, so it can asess their performance, and whether its up to par. Oh and the whole unit should be wireless, so you can do it practically anywhere, and be able to move around and practice formations. also, it could have a punishment option, if some people arent taking it seriously ;D

then, this technology can further advance to being involved with some kind of virtual simulation type deal, and help man kind understand the physical world, as well the human mind....metaphysics..etc. and it all started with a simple bhangra routine simulatation by wii.

heres a link to this comic i saw a few years ago. go to 1:30 if you dont want to listen to his other stuff. it pertains to the topic.

"your grandmother was a hoe"
hahahahahahahh!
i love nick swardson. if any of you liked these bits of his performance, the rest of it is just as good.

parul,
i think we need to work on positive reinforcement for our own team...so in our case, every time no one screws up...umm...they get...your right, negative reinforcement is the way to go. i was never a fan of operant conditioning anyway. hahaha. oh oh oh and if you get sensor pads for every person on the team, then you can do the whole routine, and see if everyone was synchronized or not. or if you watched the video i posted earlier, we could just be so advanced that we dont need equipment at all. hahahahahaha...reminds me of a bhagwant mann (?) comic.
this is the roughly translated summary of it:
so some person from a western country was talking to an Indian. both of them were boasting about their countries, and its accomplishments. so at some point in their conversation, the westerner goes, "well, archaeologists have uncovered telephone poles in the ground, in my country."--this being proof of how advanced his country was. Then the Indian goes, "oh thats nothing compared to what they found in MY country." the westerner wonders, "oh, and whats that?" the Indian replies..."oh you know, dirt, some rocks a few roots and stuff" and the westerner is confused. so the Indian explains that it's plausible proof that cell phone technology has been long in use in his country. hahaahahahahaha.

That would be amazing! I've had this idea for the longest time - if we could somehow combine the features of DDR and PS2's eyemotion thing and of course the WiiFit technology -- all of this can be possible.

They could make a Wii Dhol too just like the drums they have for Rock Band! The possibilities are endless! Imagine a "tuck the turla" Wii minigame.

I was reading this assuming it would relate to attaching little nodes to different parts of your body and whatnot TO TEST YOUR BHANGRA SKILLS? And then what the hell, Jeeti, you keep talking about boxing?

I'm down for BBR [bhangra bhangra revolution] possibly a NNR [nach nach revolution w/ games for bhangra, raas, folk, fusion...] and a Dhol Hero. Let me know who's developing it

hahha..note that I havent said anything since my original post because the original idea has gone crazy...because of the refusal of all us bhangra heads to think of anything other than bhangra even for a second...although bhangra would be sweet...

boxing would be much more feasible, and I was talking about the actual administration of slight shots of pain to make it more realistic hahaha.
