Please make this happen soon Harry!! *SUPER PUMPED* Let me know if I can be of any help, ~ Basim :)

Long overdue public announcement, but it takes balls to open up to your mistakes so respect for that. Thanks for finally telling the whole story Mohammad K Ali. I sincerely hope that this is a lesson learned for you, especially when it comes to having professional/open communication, because no...

Re: BB to COB: Purdue University 2017 +1. Good reference sahab. I found it funny that the Boiler Bhangra competition organizers/Purdue SASA didn't have open communication and honesty with all teams about what exactly happened last year. Two days before the competition, there is a sudden...

Hi TheBhangraHub, This is again very nicely done! The drone shots, slow motion edits, and music were great. My one suggestion would be to use a directional mic or position an external mic closer to the individuals that are being asked questions (being interviewed). The volume of their voices...

Great concept - looking forward to seeing the progress of this. All the best, ~ Basim :)

Good stuff Jusi, thanks for sharing. Love Manni's stuff. Look forward to checking out the album. ~ Basim :)

This would be awesome. I know many people that would be interested in learning. Maybe you both can collaborate on stuff? Or at least bounce ideas off each other on what should/should not be covered? I know Swi had posted some basics almost 7 years ago. You can check out this videos on youtube...

^ Seriously! That's amazing. I hope granting the team's members a visiting visa all goes without a hitch. Good luck to all those attending the competition and to the committee! Seems like a packed lineup with a lot of Cali & Canadian teams. Should be a great battle! ~ Basim :)

Awesome mix. Well done Baysikhz. Can't wait to see the performance in HD ;) All the best, ~ Basim :)

Yay for Malaysia Bhangra! Please share some videos of the performances after the competition here. I would love to see what style of dancing the teams adopt there early on. ~ Basim :)

This is awesome and an incredible service to the bhangra comunity that you're doing! It will give the Australian bhangra so much more exposure. Very nicely shot and edited! Props to whoever captured and put it all together. So nice to see & hear from team members on an individual basis. Enjoyed...

Such a stacked lineup, that it's so hard to pick ONE winner! I'll have to go with the SMD ladies because they took CSUN just a few months back and have always been super impressive. Bruin and this lineup is another animal though; hope they can bring the heat! Thanks for putting up this poll...

PM = Private Message. Click on her Nimi's profile name and then find the words "Send PM." Add a subject line, add some words to the body of the message, and then click on the "Send message" button. Easy! Hope this helps, ~ Basim :)

That logo on your website is sick! Respect to whoever designed it. Can't beat Papi's raw vocals too. Makes you so pumped. Looking forward to what Surrey brings to the circuit, ~ Basim :)

It's about time we take revenge! 8) ~ Basim :)

You gotta admit that that lineup was beast though! ;) ~ Basim :)

Awesome! Would love to see it happen again. This has been talked about/suggested by many, but we need people to volunteer their time to actually run it smoothly. You'll need a small team to make it happen. I would PM Saleem and he may be able to get the team special access for this section so...

haha, love the pic! You guys were all so young, dang. #ThosePhotoshopSkills ~ Basim :)

^ This is a great point. The reason that I would prefer judges to "talk" at the end is to reaffirm scoring after having watched ALL performances. It's so hard to blindly give points in subjective criteria when you haven't even seen all teams. If judges haven't seen all performances, they are...

I am sure this topic has been discussed before, but it's always good to hear fresh perspectives in modern times. I'm all for competitions releasing judging scoresheets as I believe it adds a lot of transparency and judges are essentially held accountable. Some of most prominent and well run...
